In addition to our full service meat department, Chuck’s offers an assortment of top quality fish. Our fish manager is more than willing to offer suggestions on how to prepare and cook your fish or simply help you pick out something delicious.
We strive to bring you a superior selection of fish, which means you will always see a nice collection of wild caught fish – never from a fish farm. Much of the product we are able to share with you in the store is also local, although you may see some more exotic varieties in the case every now and then, such as a large Uhu (Parrotfish) delivered directly from Hawaii.

FISH & SEAFOOD MANAGER.
Dave is our fish guy! He loves to cook, travel and be outdoors which makes him a great choice for running the seafood side of our Meat Department. Dave can not only help you choose a great selection of fish, but he can offer you great ways to prepare and cook it too.
Dave’s seafood experience began when he worked for Aqua Sea Salmon Farm in the San Juan Islands. He did this for three years and from there he ventured into a different line of work. He worked as an Estate Manager on large, private estates in Washington, Oregon, California and Connecticut for fifteen years. However, Dave eventually returned to the Meat and Seafood Department first in Wizer’s Market, then Lamb’s Thriftway and finally Chuck’s Produce and Street Market.
