

If you aren’t up for the daunting task of cooking a whole meal, or just need a quick snack, the deli at Chuck’s is the place for you. We have sandwiches made daily or to your specific order, a full, fresh salad bar, warm soups, rotisserie chicken and other prepared entrees and side dishes.
The chefs in our deli love creating a variety of dishes for you to enjoy, and do so every day using natural ingredients. Each has a distinctive taste, and they are easy to eat as is or to take home and enjoy. Soups begin simmering each morning, and the salad bar is prepared fresh each day. The chickens in the rotisserie are acquired from our meat department, so you know they are nothing but the finest. There is also a brick pizza oven where our tasty pizzas are created –each pizza bakes right in front of you!
Also included in the deli is our sophisticated cheese selection and anti-pasta & olive bar. Each kind of cheese has been handpicked to come into our store and delight your taste buds. We have cheeses to go with everything! Many cheeses are local brands, but others hail from places such as Italy. Where else could you find a true Parmesan Reggiano?

Eric Atlas was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. He started cooking at an early age with his father who was a chef in the US Navy. Eric apprenticed under many international chefs in Honolulu before taking his culinary talents to Anchorage, Alaska. In Anchorage, Eric was the Chef at the former Gallery Café. Eric also worked in private country clubs and for a luxury hotel chain. Eric moved to the Pacific Northwest and was the Executive Chef at the exclusive Portland Golf Club where he continued his culinary artistry.
Eric is currently the Executive Chef at Chucks Produce and Street Market where he utilizes the freshest ingredients combined with skill to create the mouthwatering feasts featured at Chuck's Deli.
